London based Motion Designer and Director Jesper Lindborg creates a mesmerising study of Hands. Capturing the playful satisfaction of tactile materials, this hyperrealistic animation elicits ASMR type sensations in a way that’s both wonderfully surreal and beautifully elegant.

"My focus lay in key-frame animation to mimic the intricate movements of a hand, and with texturing to capture a realistic look of the skin. Adding a layer of simulation I experimented with various substances to create moments of curiosity and playfulness."

The contemplative soundtrack serves to create an abstract, illusory atmosphere, layering pulsating woodwinds with tactile percussion and intricately detailed sound design. Delicate motifs gently cycle around, slowly unfolding and hypnotically enveloping the listener.
